- 作曲・制作者名の表示および偽称の有無を問わず、また、営利、非営利を問わず、音源を配布、または販売すること。(※オープン・クローズドを問わずインターネット上での公開、CD等媒体での配布など、形態を問わずエンドユーザーが「音源のみを利用することができる一切の方法」が該当します。)
- コンバート等を行わず、エンドユーザーが容易に音源ファイルに音声ファイルとしてアクセス、複製が可能な状態での利用。
- 音源をAIのトレーニングに使用すること。
- bot等プログラムを使用して当サイトのコンテンツ（画像・音源など）を自動的に収集する行為
- 作曲・制作者の名誉や信用を毀損し、または毀損するおそれがあると判断される用途で使用すること。
- 作曲・制作者を誹謗中傷する行為。

【Prohibited Activities】
- Downloading or using music not listed on the download page is prohibited. Unauthorized reproduction, use, arrangement, sampling, and the creation of derivative works (including covers and arrangements) are strictly prohibited.
- Publishing, distributing, or claiming our music as your own creation.
- Registering our music with any copyright management system, such as YouTube's Content ID. (This is strictly prohibited as it prevents other users from unintentionally receiving copyright infringement warnings.)
- Reproducing and publicly sharing the original content (both online and offline).
- Use in content that violates public order and morals (e.g., videos containing defamation, slander, or discriminatory expressions).
- Using the sound source in productions or content related to politics, religion, or other ideologies.
- Using the sound source in any "product, work, app, or other production" where the primary purpose is to allow end-users to listen to the sound source, or which has no primary function other than playing the sound source.
- Distributing or selling the sound source, whether for profit or non-profit, regardless of whether the composer's name is displayed or falsely claimed. (*This includes any method that allows end-users to access the sound source by itself, such as online publishing (open or closed) or distribution on media like CDs.)
- Using the sound source in a way that allows end-users to easily access or duplicate the audio file (e.g., without conversion).
- Using the sound source for AI training.
- Using bots or other programs to automatically collect content (images, sound sources, etc.) from this site.
- Using the music in a manner judged to damage, or risk damaging, the honor or credibility of the composer/producer.
- Any act of slander against the composer/producer.
- Creating "secondary musical works" by processing (e.g., sampling), arranging, remastering, remixing, or adding vocals to the sound sour

- 当楽曲の利用によって生じた、いかなる損害やトラブルについても、当チャンネルは一切の責任を負いません。

【一般条項】
