上記団体から権利主張が行われた楽曲をYouTube動画で使用された場合、以下の問題が起きる可能性がございます。

  • 動画に広告が表示されない
  • 動画の広告収益の一部が没収される
  • 動画の説明に楽曲のクレジットが表示される


上記の一覧にはインターネット上に公開されている音源を、権利者の許可無くサンプリング・改変するなどし、YouTube上で権利申請を行う団体も含まれております。こちらも主に広告収益を得ることを目的とし、YouTube上で不特定多数のユーザーに対し著作権侵害の申立を行っています。


申立に対する対応につきましては、「不正な権利主張」「サンプリング・改変による権利申請」のいずれの場合も、申立を受けたご本人様よりYouTube上にて、 異議の申立 を行っていただくか、またはYouTubeのサポートへお問合せいただく必要がございます。お手数をお掛けいたしますが、何卒ご理解・ご対応の程、お願いいたします。

How to Respond to Claims: In either case ("fraudulent claims" or "claims via unauthorized sampling"), the creator who received the claim must personally file a "Dispute" via their YouTube Studio dashboard or contact YouTube Support directly.
